First question: Is it possible to hire a car with driver to transport me between Warsaw-Vilnius on Aug 19, then a day later between Vilnius-Riga on Aug 21, then a day later between Riga-Tallinin on Aug 23. Just need point to point between hotels in each country. How much would this cost?
Second question: If I rented a car and drove myself using GPS, are the directions easy since I don't speak any local languages? Can cars cross state borders? Will border crossing be an issue for a foreigner?

Forgot to mention that for both options I outlined, I will need a local guide for 1 day in Warsaw, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinin.
