Our aim is to keep the rules of shopping through 123Baltic.travel as simple and as acceptable as possible, therefore our terms are short and clear. Please note the bellow terms are applicable to all 123Baltic.travel products respectively, unless it is clearly stated otherwise in our further written communication in connection with certain purchase.

Individual tours

General terms for individual travel is usually very flexible and 123Baltic.travel has no intention to tighten them. Nevertheless there can happen services and/or dates where prepayment could be required to guarantee maximum occupancy rate to suppliers, especially when service is very much of seasonal nature. There also are services which require full prepayment and cannot be refunded in case of later cancellation. These could be summer resort lodging places, tickets to events, intercity bus tickets or even such an ordinary travel service like hotel rooms, but with a special promo price and sim.. Bellow is a table with General cancellation terms which are valid in case there are no further remarks in our communication emails when the tour is booked.

Cancellation Terms for Individuals (1-9 persons)

Group tours

General terms for groups are usually similar in most of the markets and are set to avoid fake or duplicated requests. Bellow is a table of General cancellation terms which are valid in case there are no further remarks in our communication emails when the tour is booked.
