This would be your full itinerary for a self-drive Baltic holiday of 8 days:

Day 1. ... - VILNIUS (Lithuania)
Arrival in Vilnius. Pick-up your rental car, transfer to the hotel (7 km), free time, overnight in Vilnius.

Day 2. VILNIUS - KERNAVE - VILNIUS
A Day for exploring Vilnius. In the afternoon you could drive tio the first historical capital of Lithuania, Kernave (35 km), which is now a world famous archeological site protected by UNESCO. Return for overnight in Vilnius.

Day 3. VILNIUS - TRAKAI - KAUNAS (Lithuania)
Visit Trakai (27 km), yet another ancient capital of Lithuania. Stroll the town along the narrow streets with typical buildings, kenesa, the praying house of caraims, the local ethnic minority, the medieval Trakai Castle among the lakes.
Continue to Kaunas. Suggestions to visit in Kaunas: ethnographic open-air museum of Rumsiskes (20 km to Kaunas), the baroque Monastery of Pazaislis, 9th Fort, old town, Freedon Avenue. Overnight in Kaunas.

Day 4. KAUNAS - Hill of Crosses - Rundale - RIGA (Lithuania - Latvia)
Depart in the direction of Latvia. Just before entering Latvia we would offer to stop by a world unique  Hill of Crosses. Then proceed to Latvia, Rundale and visit the magnificent baroque palace, constructed by Rastrelli. Continue to Riga (80 km) for overnight.

Day 5. RIGA - Jurmala - RIGA
Day for exploring Riga and its famous resort suburb Jurmala (20 km).

Day 6. RIGA - Park Gauja - CESIS - TARTU - TALLINN (Latvia - Estonia)
Departure to the National Park of Gauja (55 km), visit of the park and Turaida Castle (museum of history could seem very similar to Trakai Castle in Lithuania, but the views from the tower are much different). Possible en-route visits to Sigulda and Cesis towns. Take Tartu direction to visit the university town of Estonia. Continue to Tallinn (130 km) for an overnight.

Day 7. TALLINN
Day for exploring the capital of Estonia.

Day 8. TALLINN - ...
Free time, departure to the airport, drop-off the car.

The cars are all new (up to 3 years old) and rented from our trusted and contracted rent-a-car companies. As always at the time of confirmation rental cars are beeing confirmed with category/class and not with a certain make. Rent-a-car company is obliged to upgrade to a higher car category if the booked one is not available at the time of delivery to the customer. Driver must be at least 21 years of age and must hold a valid driver's licence with at least 2 years of experience. Collission and Theft Insurances are included with excess amount of 435 Eur.
