Full itinerary for a self-drive Baltic tour for 7 days:

Day 1. ... - KAUNAS (Lithuania)
Arrival in Kaunas. Pick-up your rental car, transfer to the hotel (12 km), free time, overnight in Kaunas.

Day 2. KAUNAS - VILNIUS (Lithuania)
Your own programme in Kaunas and Vilnius. Overnight in Vilnius.

Day 3. VILNIUS - RIGA (Lithuania - Latvia)
Free time in Vilnius, drive to Latvia. Arrival in Rundale and visit to the magnificent baroque palace (Eur 7), constructed by Rastrelli. Continue to Riga (80 km), arrival and overnight in Riga.

Day 4. RIGA
Your own programme, overnight in Riga.

Day 5. RIGA - Park Gauja - PARNU - TALLINN (Latvia - Estonia)
Departure to the National Park of Gauja (55 km), visit of the park and Turaida Castle (museum of history may seem similar to Trakai Castle in Lithuania, but the views from the tower are totally different). Departure to Estonia. Arrive in Parnu (175 km), the main resort town of Estonia. Continue to Tallinn (130 km). Arrival and overnight in Tallinn.

Day 6. TALLINN
Visit to the National Park of Lahemaa (80 km from Tallinn).  Return for overnight in Tallinn.

Day 7. TALLINN - ...
Free time, departure to the airport, drop-off the car.

The cars are all new (up to 3 years old) and rented from our trusted and contracted rent-a-car companies. As always at the time of confirmation rental cars are beeing confirmed with category/class and not with a certain make. Rent-a-car company is obliged to upgrade to a higher car category if the booked one is not available at the time of delivery to the customer. Driver must be at least 21 years of age and must hold a valid driver's licence with at least 2 years of experience. Collission and Theft Insurances are included with excess amount of 435 Eur.
